Satoshi Noda is Senior Managing Director, Valuations at Gordon Brothers Japan. Satoshi leads the firm’s Valuations practice and evaluates inventory, machinery and equipment, and intangible assets to support corporate and ownership needs, including financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and asset-based lending.

He has over 15 years’ experience in corporate financing and managing complex business and asset valuations.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers Japan, Satoshi worked at Shoko Chukin Bank where he specialized in corporate financing.

He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Keio University and is a licensed management consultant registered by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry. Satoshi is an accredited senior member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and a member of the ASA International Board of Examiners. He is based in Tokyo.
