Richard Maden is Director, Real Estate, EMEA at Gordon Brothers. Richard is responsible for providing strategic real estate advice and transactional due diligence in restructuring and insolvency scenarios including property valuation, asset management, acquisitions and disposals.

He has over 15 years’ experience providing real estate consultancy services, working with private and public organisations on major commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Richard was a director at Avison Young, where he was responsible for valuations and appraisals for acquisition due diligence, development viability, loan security, asset management and accounting purposes. He previously held an insolvency-led general practice role at Edward Symmons.

Richard has a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Reading University. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer.

Richard is based in Bristol.
