Phillip Weston is Director, Commercial & Industrial, at Gordon Brothers responsible for identifying and developing asset-based solutions in the Middle East, Africa and India. Additionally, he supports the firm’s growth in new and developing markets.

Phillip has nearly 15 years’ experience in providing commercial & industrial asset-based solutions for a range of industries including automotive, construction, manufacturing, marine, mining, transport and retail.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Phillip was a key accounts manager at a global asset management and disposition company responsible for driving growth in new and developing markets including Africa, Middle East, India and Sri Lanka.

He has an Executive Master of Business Administration from Hult International Business School and speaks English and Greek. Phillip is based in the United Arab Emirates.
