Michael Guelfo is Managing Director, Commercial & Industrial at Gordon Brothers responsible for structuring and executing large, multi-asset transactions within a broad cross section of manufacturing segments.

He has over 30 years of experience in asset valuations, complex dispositions and project management within the textile, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical processing, and metalworking segments.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Michael was a senior appraiser at Bank of America Business Capital conducting machinery, equipment and inventory valuations for asset-based lending. He previously led acquisitions and project management for a global concern that bought and sold new, used and rebuilt chemical and pharmaceutical process plants and equipment.

Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University. He has been an Accredited Senior Appraiser, Machinery and Technical Specialties with the American Society of Appraisers. Michael is based in Atlanta.
