Malcolm MacAulay is a Senior Advisor to Gordon Brothers, supporting our retail team internationally. He also sits on the European Board of Advisors. Malcolm worked for Gordon Brothers as Chief Operating Officer until December 2017. Under his direction, the European team delivered over 100 successful solutions for major retailers, wholesalers and lenders across various European territories, creating value in a number of different ways, both culturally and financially. Malcolm joined the Gordon Brothers in 1999 where he was responsible for the development and expansion of the European business. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Malcolm spent 22 years at BhS in a number of senior operational roles before moving to Co-operative Retail Services as Retail Operations Director, where he managed the non-food division, incorporating department stores and out-of-town home hypermarkets across the UK.
