Kim has over 45 years’ international experience in the paper and pulp, and forest product industries and has worked in Finland, South Africa, Portugal, Germany, the Far East and the UK.

He is a Board Member, Executive and General Manager with significant experience in strategy development, restructuring and change management, acquisition analysis and implementation, and profit improvement.

Kim is President and Owner of Papinto Sarl in Genève, Switzerland, a paper and pulp consultancy firm. His previous roles include, CEO at Sappi Europe alongside Board Director of the Sappi Group, CEO at Papeis Inapa and Board Director to the Inapa Group, CEO of Papierfabrik Scheufelen GmbH, and Advisory Board Member to Scheufelen.

Kim is a Finnish national and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), an MBA and a LLM in European Commercial Law. He speaks English, Finnish, Swedish and German.
