Kelly Jones is Managing Director, Diligence Services at Gordon Brothers. Kelly leads the firm’s healthcare team within Diligence Services and oversees client engagements in North America.

She has over 30 years of diversified due diligence experience in the banking and asset-based lending industries and has managed more than 1,200 engagements, including cash flow, asset-based lending, factoring, retail, bankruptcy, workout, and mergers and acquisitions for syndicated and non-syndicated transactions.

Kelly was previously a managing director at Durkin Group, a leading professional services firm that provided credit risk support for the secured finance industry acquired by Gordon Brothers. Prior to Durkin Group, she was an internal audit officer at two large national bank corporations.

Kelly has a Bachelor of Science from State University of New York and a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from Dowling College. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Kelly is based in New York.
