Justin Ramirez is Manager, Valuations at Gordon Brothers. Justin manages business valuations and intangible asset appraisals for the firm and supports corporate and ownership needs, including financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate planning, and estate and gift tax management.

Justin has over five years’ experience providing business valuations and analysis across a range of industries, including energy, manufacturing, pre-revenue and early-stage biopharmaceuticals, oil and gas, real estate, retail and transportation.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Justin was a senior financial analyst for Mercer Capital Management where he conducted fair value and fair market value engagements for public and private entities. Previously, he was a senior valuation services associate at Weaver & Tidwell.

Justin has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Additionally, he has a Master of Science in Finance and a certificate in Financial Services Management from the University of Houston.

Justin is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers, is accredited in business valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and passed the CFA Level II exam. He is a member of the American Society of Appraisers, AICPA, CFA Institute and CFA Society of Houston. Justin is based in Houston.
