Joe Massaroni is Managing Director, Eastern Regional Sales Manager at Gordon Brothers. Joe leads the eastern regional business development team and works closely with asset-based lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate management teams in the Southeast, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, southern Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia, to help them understand valuation trends, changing methodologies, industry-specific issues and the underlying value of assets.

Joe has over 30 years of experience in valuation and banking solving lenders’ and private equity groups’ complex financing needs.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Joe was a director and team leader at Truist Bank where he was responsible for managing key relationships and account commitments of more than $4 billion. He previously held senior leadership and development roles at New Star Business Credit, JMP Credit Advisors, Wells Fargo Capital Finance and Key Bank.

Joe has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Bryant University. He is a board member and president of Secured Finance Network’s Atlanta chapter. Joe is based in Atlanta.
