Jason Jones is Senior Manager, Valuations at Gordon Brothers. Jason performs machinery and equipment appraisals across the energy sector to support corporate and ownership needs, including financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and asset-based lending.

He has over 40 years of experience in energy sector appraisals, specializing in the oil and gas industry.

Jason founded and was the vice president of Appraisal Systems, Inc. prior to Gordon Brothers’ acquisition of the valuations firm. He was previously an appraiser with P-D Industrial Appraisal Consultants and Nelson International, Inc., where he performed appraisals on oilfield, energy, construction and transportation equipment.

Jason has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanized Agriculture from Texas A&M University and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers. He is based in Texas.
