Craig Cappalli has more than 30 years of experience valuing machinery and tangible assets. Prior to joining the firm, Craig worked at AccuVal-LiquiTec, which was acquired by Gordon Brothers in 2015. Craig has led appraisal and liquidation projects for asset-based and other commercial lenders, private equity groups, large corporations, legal practices and accounting firms throughout the world. His professional career began in 1982 as an equipment appraiser with a well-known Northeastern valuation and asset disposition firm. He assumed the position of director of professional training and subsequently became a senior vice president at the firm. Craig has managed appraisal projects in a multitude of industries including automotive, food processing, foundries, furniture, high tech, medical, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, plastics, solar panels, wire and television broadcast among many others. Craig is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers in Machinery & Technical Specialties, has completed the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) coursework, and is a Certified Equipment Appraiser (CEA) with the Association of Machinery & Equipment Appraisers. He holds a B.B.A. in accounting from Siena College.
