Chad brings 20 years of experience in the appraisal industry to Gordon Brothers’ machinery and equipment valuations team. During his career Chad has directed hundreds of valuations projects for a variety of industries, including agriculture, construction and building products, energy, fabricated metal, oilfield services, and trucking and transportation.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Chad was a manager in AccuVal-LiquiTec’s Machinery and Equipment Valuation practice, which was acquired by Gordon Brothers in 2015. He previously worked for a government consulting firm, working with cities, counties, school districts, and water and sewerage authorities in the historical valuation of fixed assets for governmental compliance.

Chad is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma Baptist University.
