Ben Lovell is Senior Director, Real Estate, EMEA at Gordon Brothers where he leads the team responsible for delivering strategic property real estate advice to minimize risk and maximize opportunity at all points in the business cycle for clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

He has over 25 years’ experience in providing real estate valuation, restructuring and recovery advice to clients including insolvency practitioners, lenders and real estate owners or occupiers in fixed charge receivership appointments. Ben’s expertise includes the acquisition and disposal of commercial buildings and development sites, lease negotiation and restructuring, valuations, strategic property advice and development consultancy in solvent and distressed situations.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Ben was a principal at Avison Young where he led the restructuring and valuation business in southwest England.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of the West of England. Ben is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a RICS Registered Valuer, a RICS Registered Fixed Charge Receiver and member of the Non-Administrative Receivers Association (NARA).

He is based in London.
