Alyssa Coughlin is Director, Real Estate at Gordon Brothers. Alyssa oversees debt and equity real estate investments in the eastern and southern United States where she is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and underwriting transactions. Additionally, she works with the firm’s Retail and Commercial & Industrial teams on projects involving owned real estate.

Alyssa has over 10 years of real estate investment experience specializing in the valuation, underwriting, research and acquisition of all property types.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Alyssa was most recently director of underwriting at Ollie where she created an institutional-grade underwriting platform for ground-up development, acquisition, conversion and property management opportunities in the multifamily, co-living sector. Alyssa was previously director of real estate valuation at New Tower Trust Company, a Sun Life Financial subsidiary, specializing in valuation and research while also supporting acquisitions and portfolio and asset management. Additionally, she oversaw a real estate portfolio of over 200 of multi-family, retail, office and industrial loans throughout the United States on the Sun Life Financial’s commercial mortgage asset management team.

Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Real Estate. She is a member of Urban Land Institute, ICSC, Turnaround Management Association and the Secured Finance Network. Alyssa is based in Boston.
