Gordon Brothers acquired the entire weaving machine park at Vicunha’s main factory in Northeast Brazil, as part of a joint venture. Vicunha is Brazil’s largest textile manufacturer. The company selected Gordon Brothers to support its replacement of all 276 of its machines due to our ability to accommodate its 12 month replacement schedule, as well as its confidence in our having experience and a permanent presence in Brazil’s complex market. The machines will be sold mainly in Asia and Eastern Europe.
