In conjunction with a UK-based lender, we provided a £1.2 million second lien term loan to Theo Fennell, the leading luxury jewellery retailer.

Theo Fennell combines design and craftsmanship to create original, imaginative and unusual pieces sold through its own stores, concessions and selective retailers around the world. The loan, together with a new senior facility, was used to support the working capital needs and future growth of the business.
