Phoenix of Tennessee was a full-service telecommunications construction company that filed for bankruptcy following a decline in its business. In a joint venture, Gordon Brothers purchased at auction the assets including service vehicles, trailers, and construction equipment.

Their clients included Bechtel, Verizon, Cricket, AT&T, Clearwire, Sprint, and American Tower Corporation. Services included tower modifications, raw-land site installation, civil engineering, tower erection and project management.

The Gordon Brothers team facilitated a clean exit for Phoenix of Tennessee and sold all the assets through a public auction.
