Daniel Smith is Director, Real Estate, EMEA at Gordon Brothers. Daniel is responsible for providing real estate services across a variety of mandates including restructuring and insolvency scenarios.

He has nearly 15 years’ experience providing strategic consultation, valuation and transaction advice across core commercial real estate sectors including residential and mixed-use developments and standing assets.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Daniel was most recently a director within the valuation consultancy team at Avison Young, where he specialised in providing valuation advice for loan security, statutory accounts and transactional purposes. He previously held client-side and consultancy roles at JLL and a private developer.

Daniel has a Bachelor of Science in Business Property Management from Sheffield Hallam University. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer.

He is based in Bristol.
