Sharon Haggard is Senior Director at Gordon Brothers responsible for originating, structuring and executing deals across the intersection of retail and real estate for clients and partners in North America.

Sharon has over 20 years’ experience in corporate retail real estate, including site selection, lease restructuring, renewals, terminations and store portfolio optimization.

Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Sharon was a senior director at Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. where she led the real estate team and partnered with brand leadership to develop strategic initiatives that supported growth and profitability. Previously, she was a Real Estate Consultant at Gordon Brothers responsible for restructuring and negotiating lease terms for clients across industries, including retail and food and beverage. Before that, Sharon held various senior corporate real estate roles at several U.S.-based retailers.

Sharon has a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and English from Florida State University and is a licensed real estate agent in Florida and Georgia. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the vice president of PNW Retail Group, formerly the Council of Developers of Outlet Centers & Retailers. Sharon is based in New York.
