American Apparel has retained Gordon Brothers as real estate consultant and advisor to manage a sales process of the company’s unexpired leases. The project consists of 106 retail leases and 6 industrial leased facilities across 28 states and Washington D.C. The retail stores range in size from 832 to 7,342 square feet. This is the second project Gordon Brothers has performed for American Apparel, previously serving as real estate consultant during the company’s prior bankruptcy filing.
