With more than 18 years of experience in the industry, Tim Randall is an expert in the field of machinery and equipment valuation. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, Tim was a senior manager in AccuVal-LiquiTec’s Machinery & Equipment Valuation practice, which was acquired by Gordon Brothers in 2015. During his career, he has managed more than 400 unique appraisal projects across a wide array of industries; including plastics (extrusion, thermoforming, injection molding, blow molding), CNC and metalworking, scrap processing and recycling, woodworking and sawmills, stamping and coil processing, construction and yellow iron, aggregate and batch plants, as well as various others. As a reviewing appraiser, he has overseen more than 500 projects. He has also authored numerous industry related publications. Tim is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers, having earned the designation in 2013, and has also completed the the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) coursework. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a B.B.A. in Finance.
