Tim Quirk manages an appraisal team in Gordon Brothers’ Machinery and Equipment Valuations practice. Tim has worked on hundreds of engagements during his career and has experience valuing and disposing of equipment across a wide range of industries. Tim’s areas of expertise include specialized equipment used in the manufacturing of construction and building materials, primary and fabricated metals, food and beverage products, packaging, printing, publishing, trucking and transportation, and wood products.

Tim joined Gordon Brothers in 2015, following the acquisition of AccuVal-LiquiTec’s Valuation practice. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, he held positions with appraisal firms working primarily within the public sector. Tim earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and is a candidate for membership in the American Society of Appraisers.
